Meier & Meier will work directly with the employer to determine the needs of the employer. All pertinent health plan information is then gathered to formalize a Request for Proposal (RFP). Next, the RFP is forwarded to all insurance carriers or TPA's available in the market. Once responses are received from the carriers we create an easy to understand health plan benefit and cost comparison. In addition to analyzing the insurance carrier or administrator we review the PPO for any provider disruption. Once this process is complete a recommendation is made to the employer regarding which plan best meets their needs.
